Parallax Digital Media rebrands as VMG Digital

Parallax Media, a leader in providing advertisers and publishers with cost-effective, high-quality, tailored offshore digital media services has rebranded as VMG Digital.

Parallax Media is part of the VMG group of companies. VMG is a world leader in the delivery of cost-effective media services and works with global publishers and agencies. It has offices in New York, Auckland and Sydney, and operations teams in Manila and Chennai.

In order to provide a clearer message to many of it’s shared customers, Parallax Media has adopted the group name and re-branded as VMG Digital.

Effective immediately, Parallax Media Chief Executive Officer Brent Peisley will assume the role of VMG Chief Digital Officer and Founder of VMG Digital.

“We found we were increasingly having discussions with many of our customers who were looking to use services from both businesses,” Peisley says.

“We concluded there needed to be a continuity of service and support – in the eyes of our customers. It made sense to consolidate the branding and present a unified corporate approach.”

“We are delighted the name change for Parallax Media will simplify dealings for our customers. The change means we can present ourselves as one company, and leverage existing relationships,” VMG Chief Executive Officer and Founder Doug Drury says.

“The two business models are very complementary, but most importantly there is a strong cultural alignment, a focus on high-quality outcomes for customers and a common belief in the potential of cloud services and solutions.”

Apart from the change in name, the rebrand will not impact business dealings for existing clients.
